3.1 User-Provided Content

When you upload images, videos, or text prompts in the App (“User Content”):

  • User Content is transmitted to third-party AI service providers, including fal.ai, solely for the purpose of generating AI-based video content.
  • VidLab does not permanently store or retain uploaded images or videos beyond what is necessary to facilitate processing and delivery of generated results.
  • Temporary handling and retention of User Content may occur as part of AI processing workflows.

3.2 Third-Party AI Providers

  • AI processing is performed by third-party providers such as fal.ai.
  • These providers process User Content only to perform the requested generation tasks.
  • VidLab does not use User Content for advertising, tracking, or marketing purposes.
  • Users are encouraged to review fal.ai’s privacy policy to understand their data handling practices.

4. Operational Data Stored by VidLab

VidLab stores limited, non-personal operational data necessary for application functionality, including:

  • Credit usage information
  • Generation success or failure status
  • Internal transaction and entitlement identifiers

This data:

  • ❌ Is used solely to operate and maintain the App

5. In-App Purchases

  • VidLab uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
  • Payment information is handled exclusively by the Apple App Store.
  • VidLab does not collect or store payment card or billing information.
  • RevenueCat provides anonymous purchase and entitlement status only.

6. Advertising & Tracking

  • VidLab does not display advertisements.
  • VidLab does not perform user tracking.
  • VidLab does not use personalized advertising.
  • No data is shared for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

User Content:

Not permanently stored by VidLab. Retention during processing is governed by third-party AI providers.

Operational Data:

Retained only as long as necessary to support app functionality and comply with legal obligations.

Users may request deletion of any operational data associated with their anonymous user identifier.

8. Children’s Privacy

VidLab is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Data Transfers
